Elton Brand and the EB1’s Hit Stores Near You

Elton Brand will meet and greet fans and sign autographs as he, JCPenney, and Converse debut his first signature shoe, the EB1, at the JCPenney store in the Deptford Mall in Jersey from 3pm-5pm, Sunday, November 16.
