Dawkins to Denver?

NFL Network’s Adam Schefter reports that Brian Dawkins is on a flight to Denver to visit with the Broncos. Dawkins is worth more to the Eagles than anyone else, which has hurt his contract negotiations.

Now he’s showing how serious he is about possibly leaving. Dawkins would play a Rodney Harrison-like leadership role for Josh McDaniels’ Broncos, but a return to Philly still seems most likely.
